Data saved on the device

Information you enter remains only on the device: service requests, provider profile draft, Khidmat Pro jobs, Khidmat Work missions and unified agenda dates. It may include a customer reference, service, city, source, stage, next action, schedules, headcount, expected compensation and mission conditions. Khidmati does not receive, sell or share any of this information.

Provider pre-registration on the website

If you voluntarily submit the form, Khidmati receives only the phone number or email you choose, the form language, the timestamp and proof of your consent. The contact is encrypted on infrastructure in Morocco and used only to process the pre-registration. No national ID, company document, bank card, subscription or payment is requested. Retention is limited to processing the pre-registration and proving consent; you may request access, correction, objection or deletion.

Local agenda

The agenda is calculated directly on the device from Pro next actions and Work missions. It does not access the phone calendar or create events outside the app.

Data the app does not access

• Precise location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo library.
• National ID, company ID, identity documents or selfies.
• Bank details, payment methods or advertising identifiers.

Voluntary sharing

Sharing only occurs when the user taps Share and personally chooses an app or recipient in the phone’s native share sheet.

Deletion

All local data can be removed from My space → Delete my local data: requests, profile, Pro jobs, Work missions and the related agenda. Uninstalling the app also removes its data according to the operating system’s behavior.

Future changes

Before introducing accounts, server synchronization, national or company ID verification, portfolios or subscriptions, Khidmati will publish an updated policy and present the required information and choices.
