Conditions générales de vente
Les présentes conditions encadrent la vente de prestations de services réservées via Khidmati auprès de prestataires indépendants.
Objet et rôle de Khidmati
Khidmati est une place de marché qui met en relation des clients et des prestataires de services indépendants. Khidmati fournit le catalogue, la réservation, le devis, le paiement sécurisé et le suivi ; la prestation est réalisée par le prestataire choisi, qui demeure seul responsable de son exécution.
Commande : réservation ou devis
Selon le métier, la commande prend la forme d'une réservation directe (service, date, créneau) ou d'une demande de devis accompagnée des photos et mesures utiles. Le prestataire répond au devis ; la commande est confirmée quand le client accepte l'offre et procède au paiement.
Prix
Le prix total est affiché TTC en dirhams (MAD) avant tout paiement. Pour les devis, seul le montant accepté par le client fait foi.
Paiement sécurisé et séquestre
Le paiement s'effectue en ligne par carte bancaire via CMI / Chaabi Payment avec authentification 3-D Secure. Le montant total est placé sous séquestre : une autorisation est enregistrée sur la carte du client et le débit réel n'intervient qu'après son approbation explicite du travail réalisé. Khidmati ne conserve jamais le numéro complet de la carte.
Commission de la plateforme
À la libération du séquestre, Khidmati retient une commission de 5 % TTC calculée sur le prix total de la prestation ; le solde est reversé au prestataire selon le calendrier de versements affiché dans son espace professionnel.
Exécution et preuve de réalisation
À l'issue de l'intervention, le prestataire transmet via l'application une preuve photographique du travail réalisé accompagnée d'un mot de fin. Cette preuve est présentée au client.
Approbation, refus et arbitrage
Le client approuve le travail ou le refuse en motivant sa décision. En cas d'approbation, le séquestre est libéré et le paiement capturé. En cas de refus motivé, l'autorisation est annulée et aucun montant n'est débité ; le différend est instruit par Khidmati sur la base de la preuve, du refus motivé et des échanges documentés.
Annulation
Avant confirmation du créneau par le paiement, la commande peut être abandonnée sans frais. Après mise sous séquestre, l'annulation est traitée selon les règles affichées au moment de la réservation et l'état d'avancement de la prestation.
Responsabilité
Le prestataire est responsable de la conformité de sa prestation à la commande acceptée. Le client garantit l'exactitude des informations fournies et l'accès aux lieux. Khidmati garantit le fonctionnement de la plateforme, la sécurité du séquestre et facilite la médiation documentée.
Réclamations et médiation
Toute réclamation est adressée à info@khidmati.ma avec les références de la commande. Une résolution amiable est recherchée avant toute saisine des juridictions compétentes.
Droit applicable
Les présentes conditions sont soumises au droit marocain. En cas de litige, et à défaut de résolution amiable, compétence est attribuée aux tribunaux marocains compétents.

General terms of sale
These terms govern services booked through Khidmati from independent providers.
Purpose and role of Khidmati
Khidmati is a marketplace connecting customers with independent service providers. Khidmati provides the catalogue, booking, quoting, secure payment and follow-up; the service is performed by the chosen provider, who remains solely responsible for its execution.
Order: booking or quote
Depending on the trade, an order is either a direct booking (service, date, slot) or a quote request with useful photos and measurements. The provider answers the quote; the order is confirmed when the customer accepts the offer and pays.
Price
The total price is shown tax-inclusive in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) before any payment. For quotes, only the amount accepted by the customer applies.
Secure payment and escrow
Payment is made online by card through CMI / Chaabi Payment with 3-D Secure authentication. The full amount is held in escrow: an authorisation is recorded on the customer's card and the actual charge occurs only after their explicit approval of the completed work. Khidmati never stores the full card number.
Platform commission
Upon release of the escrow, Khidmati retains a 5% VAT-included commission computed on the total service price; the balance is paid to the provider according to the payout schedule shown in their professional space.
Execution and proof of completion
At the end of the intervention, the provider submits through the app a photographic proof of the completed work with a closing note. This proof is shown to the customer.
Approval, refusal and arbitration
The customer approves the work or refuses it with a stated reason. On approval, the escrow is released and the payment captured. On a reasoned refusal, the authorisation is cancelled and no amount is charged; the dispute is reviewed by Khidmati based on the proof, the refusal and documented exchanges.
Cancellation
Before the slot is confirmed by payment, the order can be dropped at no cost. After escrow, cancellation follows the rules shown at booking and the progress of the service.
Liability
The provider is responsible for the conformity of the service with the accepted order. The customer warrants the accuracy of the information provided and access to the premises. Khidmati guarantees the platform operation, escrow security and documented mediation.
Complaints and mediation
Complaints are sent to info@khidmati.ma with the order reference. Amicable resolution is sought before competent courts are seized.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing amicable resolution, competent Moroccan courts have jurisdiction.

تحكم هذه الشروط بيع الخدمات المحجوزة عبر Khidmati لدى مقدمي خدمات مستقلين.
الموضوع ودور Khidmati
Khidmati سوق يربط العملاء بمقدمي خدمات مستقلين. توفر المنصة الدليل والحجز وطلب عرض السعر والدفع الآمن والتتبع؛ الخدمة ينجزها المقدم المختار، وهو المسؤول الوحيد عن تنفيذها.
الطلب: حجز أو عرض سعر
حسب المهنة، يكون الطلب حجزاً مباشراً (خدمة، تاريخ، حصة) أو طلب عرض سعر مرفقاً بالصور والقياسات المفيدة. يجيب المقدم على الطلب؛ ويُؤكَّد الطلب حين يقبل العميل العرض ويقوم بالدفع.
الثمن
يُعرض الثمن الإجمالي كلغة الدرهم المغربي (MAD) قبل أي دفع. في عروض الأسعار، لا يعتد إلا بالمبلغ الذي قبله العميل.
الدفع الآمن والوكالة
يتم الدفع عبر الإنترنت بالبطاقة البنكية عبر CMI / Chaabi Payment مع المصادقة 3-D Secure. يوضع المبلغ الإجمالي تحت الوكالة: يُسجَّل ترخيص على بطاقة العميل ولا يحدث الخصم الفعلي إلا بعد موافقته الصريحة على العمل المنجز. لا تحتفظ Khidmati أبداً برقم البطاقة الكامل.
عمولة المنصة
عند تحرير الوكالة، تحتفظ Khidmati بعمولة 5 % كل ما ضمن الضريبة تحسب على الثمن الإجمالي للخدمة؛ ويُدفع الباقي للمقدم حسب جدول التحويلات المعروض في فضائه المهني.
التنفيذ وإثبات الإنجاز
في نهاية التدخل، يرسل المقدم عبر التطبيق إثباتاً فوتوغرافياً للعمل المنجز مرفقاً بكلمة ختامية. يُعرض هذا الإثبات على العميل.
الموافقة والرفع والتحكيم
يوافق العميل على العمل أو يرفقه مع تعليل قراره. عند الموافقة، تُحرَّر الوكالة ويُقبض الدفع. عند الرفض المعلل، يُلغى الترخيص ولا يُخصم أي مبلغ؛ ويُدرس النزاع من طرف Khidmati على أساس الإثبات والرفض المعلل والمراسلات الموثقة.
الإلغاء
قبل تأكيد الحصة بالدفع، يمكن التخلي عن الطلب دون رسوم. بعد وضع المبلغ تحت الوكالة، يُعالج الإلغاء حسب القواعد المعروضة وقت الحجز ومدى تقدم الخدمة.
المسؤولية
المقدم مسؤول عن مطابقة خدمته للطلب المقبول. يضمن العميل صحة المعلومات المقدمة والولوج إلى الأماكن. تضمن Khidmati تشغيل المنصة وأمان الوكالة وتسهيل الوساطة الموثقة.
الشكاوى والوساطة
تُرسل الشكاوى إلى info@khidmati.ma مع مرجع الطلب. يُسعى إلى حل ودي قبل اللجوء إلى المحاكم المختصة.
القانون المطبق
تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون المغربي. في حالة النزاع، وعدم التوصل إلى حل ودي، تُعرف المحاكم المغربية المختصة بالنظر.

الموضوع ودور Khidmati
Khidmati سوق كيربط الزبناء مع مهنيين مستقلين. المنصة كتوفر الكاطالوغ والحجز وطلب الثمن والخلاص الآمن والتتبع؛ الخدمة كينجزها المهني اللي اخترتو، وهو المسؤول عليها.
الطلب: حجز ولا عرض ثمن
حسب الخدمة، الطلب يقدر يكون حجز مباشر (خدمة، تاريخ، وقت) ولا طلب عرض ثمن مع التصاور والقياسات. المهني كيجاوب؛ والطلب كيتأكد ملي الزبون يقبل العرض ويخلص.
الثمن
الثمن كامل كيبان بالدرهم المغربي قبل الخلاص. فعرض الثمن، اللي كيعتد هو المبلغ اللي قبلو الزبون.
الخلاص الآمن والوكالة
الخلاص كيتم بالكارطة عبر CMI / Chaabi Payment مع 3-D Secure. المبلغ كامل كيتحط تحت الوكالة: كيتسجل ترخيص على كارطة الزبون، والخصم الحقيقي كيوقع غير من بعد مايوافق هو على الخدمة. Khidmati عمرك ما كتخزن رقم الكارطة كامل.
عمولة المنصة
ملي كتحرر الوكالة، Khidmatي كتاخد عمولة 5 % كل ما ضامن الضريبة من الثمن الكامل؛ والباقي كيتخلص للمهني حسب البرنامج اللي مبين فالفضاء المهني ديالو.
التنفيذ والإثبات
فالآخر ديال الخدمة، المهني كيصيفط عبر التطبيق إثبات بالتصاور مع كلمة ختام. الإثبات كيتورى للزبون.
الموافقة والرفض والتحكيم
الزبون كيوافق ولا كيرفض بالتعليل. ملي كيوافق، الوكالة كتحرر والخلاص كيتقبض. ملي كيرفق مع التعليل، الترخيص كيتلغى وخصم حتى واحد؛ والنزاع كيتدرس من Khidmati على حساب الإثبات والتعليل والمراسلات.
الإلغاء
قبل تأكيد الوقت بالخلاص، تقدر تلغي بلا مصاريف. من بعد الوكالة، الإلغاء كيتدرس حسب القواعد المبينة وتقدم الخدمة.
المسؤولية
المهني مسؤول على مطابقة الخدمة للطلب. الزبون مسؤول على صحة المعلومات والولوج للبلايص. Khidmati كتضمن تشغيل المنصة وأمان الوكالة والوساطة الموثقة.
الشكاوى والوساطة
الشكاوى كتصيفط لـ info@khidmati.ma مع مرجع الطلب. كنقلبو على حل ودي قبل المحاكم.
القانون المطبق
هاد الشروط خاضعة للقانون المغربي.
